Annual Meeting

Annual homeowner member meeting

The annual meeting of all homeowners is held each fall. It's where board elections and the next year's budget are decided — your attendance matters.

2025 recap: The October 25, 2025 annual meeting at the DAV on Palmer Park Blvd drew about 15 of 400 homes. Quorum (40 homeowners, 10%) was not met, so the existing board remained in place and the approved 2026 budget was auto-ratified. There was no increase in assessments.
