Our 7-acre park, playground, and basketball court are for the exclusive use of Feathergrass HOA members and their guests. These 11 rules keep it safe and enjoyable for everyone.
The Feathergrass HOA Park is for the exclusive use of its members and their guests. Special events require board approval.
No alcoholic beverages in or within 50 feet of the playground and basketball court.
No smoking of any kind, in or within 50 feet of the playground and basketball court.
No camping, golfing (wiffle balls excepted), RC aircraft, drones, rockets, fire pits, fireworks, or discharge of firearms — including airsoft, BB/pellet, and paint guns.
No motorized vehicles unless specifically authorized by the HOA. E-bikes and motorcycles are prohibited. Motorized wheelchairs are exempt.
Trash and debris must be disposed of properly.
It is unlawful for any person to injure, deface, destroy, sever, or remove any park property.
Children 12 and under should have adult supervision.
Pets must be on a leash at all times and physically tethered or held. Owners must pick up after their pets. Violations may result in $100 fines.
Violators of park rules may be levied fines as prescribed in the HOA governing documents.
The HOA Board of Directors authorizes law enforcement to remove trespassers from the property.
