Waste Management collects trash every Thursday morning and recycling every other week. Standard weekly pickup is paid for by the HOA.
All trash should be in sealed bags inside your trash tote. Loose trash blows away and ends up in your neighbors' yards.
Recyclables must stay inside the recycle container — and no plastic bags inside the recycling bin. Bagged recyclables are rejected.
Additional totes, bulk items (mattresses, furniture, grills), and pickups from multiple cans at one address are billed to the homeowner — not the HOA.
The board may approve one bulk-pickup exception per home per year, and occasionally schedules extra community pickups for spring-cleaning overflow.
